Over the Fourth of July holiday I took a spontaneous trip to Chicago with my family to visit relatives I had not seen in many, many years. Though my family lives outside of the city, we found time to take a train downtown to wander around.
I am a wedding photographer and an artist. I believe everyone has a story worth telling, a story that is interesting and unique. I believe in true love, and capturing it with my camera is what I love to do. My style is emotional and edgy. I capture all of the special candid moments that give you butterflies and goosebumps and I also put you in loose poses and take you to killer locations that show off just how cool you are. The balance of the two is what makes my photography style unique.
The reason I photograph love is because I am in love. There is no greater feeling in the world than finding your partner in life, your other half, your soul mate. I have been in a passionate relationship with my best friend, Dave for 14 years. His constant encouragement and ability to listen keep me reaching for my dreams. I feel knowing love helps me document love in a very genuine way.
My blog is my visual diary where I post both personal and professional work. Please navigate through the categories if you are looking for something in particular. If you are looking for more information about wedding photography you can find it by visiting my portfolio.
I am available for Wedding, Boudoir, Band, and Portrait photo sessions. I am based in Cincinnati and I love to travel. Please feel free to contact me for custom wedding photography information.

I have been using the down time I have before wedding season kicks in to get out of the house and have a little fun! As you can tell from my previous posts, this fun involves taking pictures of really cool people. I was introduced to this band, Winterhymn, by Jill, the beautiful ice goddess...

Remember my good friend, Jeremy from the Rock and Roll themed photo shoot I did a few months ago? Well Jeremy and I come up with the craziest ideas when we are together. When he told me he was going to get a perm I asked if I could come along with my camera. What...

My friend Jon got asked to throw the first pitch at last Saturday’s Reds game. He asked me to come along to take pictures for him. What a cool experience. I just love what a winning team does for the city. It really comes alive, people are happy! Keep it up Reds!

This past weekend was Oktoberfest, a little German festival that hits Covington every September. Of course I went out exploring with my camera for a little photo journalism. I strolled through the festival on Friday to take some night shots and again on Sunday afternoon before a shoot so I could indulge in some of...
